Customer Feedback Update (Feb 06)
Your feedback is extremely important to us. As a result, we have re-worked the login & register processes, which should improve useability. Some common problems are listed below which should also help.
I have been a customer for years and would like to login
If you have placed orders over the phone, but never from our new website, you will still need to register with us. Don't forget - only web orders show in your order history. Orders over the phone do not.
When I try and register/re-register it says that my email address already exists
The chances are that we have your details on file already as no other customer can place orders on our site using your email address. Try entering your email address and click SEND ME MY PASSWORD. Your password will be emailed to you, which you can then use to login.
I have not received my reminder email
Have your entered your email address correctly? If you have, then perhaps the email may have been classed as spam by your email client. Please check your spam folder and settings. If you have tried all of these options and still no email, please call our customer helpline on 01481 740 200
My password is not recognised
Don't forget that the password field is case-sensitive and should be no longer than 10 characters.
Can I order without registering or logging in?
Yes you can. You can order at anytime without the need to login or register
